Croustillant parfait, sauce bien dosée, viande bien tendre.
Honestly, nothing to complain about, everything is perfect from start to finish 🔥 The team is super welcoming, always smiling and attentive, it's really nice to be well received. The interior is clean, tidy, with a great atmosphere—you can tell everything is done seriously. And then the crispy pastries... they're absolutely amazing 🤤 Perfectly crispy, the sauce is just right, the meat is so tender. Everything is balanced, you get flavor in every bite, and above all, it's homemade, you can tell it's real. The art department is also very, very good, everything is smooth, clean, and perfect. Honestly, the best spot around 🔥👏
